The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Olivia will be considering a variance application for planning consideration submitted by BOLD Public Schools on property located at 701 South 9th Street in Olivia, on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., at the City Council Chambers.

BOLD Pubic Schools is requesting a variance for a digital sign in the R-1, Low Density Residential District; described as follows: BOLD School Addition, Lot 1, Block 1 School, to the City of Olivia, Renville County, Minnesota.
